As a A320 Type Rated B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing engineering matters essential to meeting contract and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with established engineering policies and procedures while demonstrating proficiency in mechanical, airframes, and engines. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Carry out any maintenance before flight to ensure that the aircraft is fit for the intended flight. 
  • Responsible for all maintenance aircraft facilities and ensure that all company’s maintenance policies and schedules are complied with 
  • Ensure the efficient use of materials and other resources associated with aircraft maintenance 
  • Work in cooperation with Record Planner to ensure control of maintenance data and documents, namely the aircraft / engine logbooks, component log 

Qualifications Requirements: 

  • Related Approved Certificate of Recognition in Mechanical and 2 years of industry experience to issue the license OR Pass of Module examination, Gain of Examination Certificate and 5 years of industry experience to issue the license

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled A320 Type Rated Licensed Aircraft Engineer B2 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering matters relevant to contract and regulatory requirements, engineering policies, and procedures. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our fleet, with a strong focus on avionics. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform avionics maintenance before flights to ensure aircraft readiness.

Qualifications Requirements: 

  • Holder of a Part-66 License (B2) as per EASA requirements. 
  • Relevant ratings including but not limited to: Store Incoming parts (Inspector), CDCCL tasks, EWIS tasks, APU run/shutdown, Defect rectification post-flight and from inspections, Compass compensation/adjustment, CAT II/III, RVSM, Replacement of components and emergency equipment, Maintenance of internal/external lights, aircraft/APU batteries, passenger/cabin crew seats, and other cabin furnishings. 
  • Approved Certificate of Recognition in Mechanical with 2 years of industry experience or pass of Module examination with 5 years of industry experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing and Evaluating Workscope: Dive into customer workscopes for the commercial department, assessing and analyzing with precision.  
  • Workscope Milestones and Needs: Identify and highlight workscope milestones, specific needs in terms of manpower and parts, and potential issues to the maintenance department, including planning and logistics considerations.  
  • Repair Scheme Development: Collaborate with the Maintenance department to draft Repair Schemes for structural repairs, both within and outside SRM limits.  
  • OEM Liaison: Establish effective communication channels with OEMs to obtain approved Repair Schemes for structural repairs needs beyond SRM limits.  
  • Production Support: Assist the Production Planning department in the creation of comprehensive work packages and the revision of job cards to ensure seamless execution.  

Qualification Requirements: 

  • Experience Requirement: Minimum of 10 years in Engineering, planning, and/or production in an aviation maintenance environment. 
  • A320 family maintenance knowledge strongly preferred  
  • Licensing: Hold a Maintenance Engineers Licence or, if unlicensed, have experience in aircraft technical services.  
  • In-depth knowledge of EASA Rules related to aircraft maintenance. 
  • AMO Knowledge: Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Organizations processes.  
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of the English language. 
  • Aerospace Design Experience, training certificate of Structures Repair for Aircraft, engineering drawing proficiency preferred

The Sheet Metal Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, overhauling, modifying, and testing aircraft structures. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety regulations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Fabrication and Assembly: Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal repairs and equipment according to the applicable Structural Repair Manual (SRM). 
  • Operation of Equipment: Set up and operate equipment to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal. 
  • Composite Repairs: Perform composite repairs as specified by the applicable SRM.

The Unlicensed Engineer will assist in the completion and certification of all required work in accordance with the work specification (Work Order and approved MOE procedures). This role supports the maintenance activities to ensure aircraft are fit for intended flights and involves close collaboration with Licensed Maintenance Engineers.

  • Maintenance Support: Assist in performing troubleshooting, inspections, routine, and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft as per applicable technical data and customer maintenance program requirements. 
  • Record Keeping: Support daily duties by maintaining records, performing scheduled maintenance, and making necessary repairs. 
  • Component Repair: Participate in repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. 
  • Parts Management: Assist in completing and attaching parts tags to removed repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts. 
  • Equipment Operation: Use and safely operate all required powered and non-powered ground support equipment. 
  • Compliance and Safety: Follow all company maintenance policies and schedules, and adhere to the Health and Safety Policy to ensure a safe working environment without risks. 
  • Resource Utilization: Take direction from Licensed Maintenance Engineers and effectively use materials and other resources associated with aircraft maintenance.

The Apprentice will assist in various aircraft maintenance tasks while completing their on-the-job training (OJT). This position reports to the Base Maintenance Manager and/or the Line Maintenance Manager and involves learning from and supporting the maintenance team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintenance Support: Assist in repairs, replacements, and routine aircraft maintenance work in a safe and timely manner. 
  • OJT Documentation: Complete on-the-job training (OJT) forms and any required reading. 
  • Manual Interpretation: Read and interpret manufacturer and airline maintenance manuals, service bulletins, drawings, and other specifications to understand repair, replacement, or modification methods. 
  • Team Communication: Communicate effectively with other maintenance personnel and participate in discussions about daily work progress and difficulties. 
  • Work Area Cleanup: Help with the general cleanup of the work area. 
  • Policy Compliance: Follow all company maintenance policies and schedules.
